The venue's prime location in the heart of the city and within the iconic Riverbank Precinct, is your springboard to the very best of Adelaide.

Check-in + Check-out

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out before 11:00am. Should you require an early check-in or a late checkout, please call one of the venue's Luxury Experts on (8) 7077 3588.

Getting here

Parking

Please note that you will be required to present your booking confirmation upon arrival at the entrance of the carpark.

Swimming Pool + Spa Pool

The Eos Leisure Deck is open from 5am to 10pm daily. Access for Eos Hotel guests is complimentary.

 

Gymnasium

The venue's state-of-the-art Gymnasium is open 24 hours daily.

Smoking Policy

Eos by SkyCity is a 100% smoke-free property, including the use of e-cigarettes. Failure to comply may result in a financial penalty.

Infants

Dress code

Eos by SkyCity is a destination that has been thoughtfully designed for the pleasure seekers. The venue encourages all guests to keep a standard minimum dress code of ‘smart casual’ at all times during their stay.

Business Centre

Eos by SkyCity does not feature a business centre, though The venue offers free Wi-Fi throughout and printing/copying can be accommodated by the team where required.

Bag Storage

Baggage storage can be arranged pre and post check-out at the concierge’s desk without charge.

Mini Bar

In collaboration with local artisan producers, The venue has curated a range of distinctive South Australian products for you to indulge, available in the venue's suites. If you would like all, or any part of your mini bar removed from your room before you check in please let the venue know via email.

Preauthorisation

A $200.00 pre-authorisation will be collected on arrival for all room types, which can be used to cover incidentals incurred on your final account. The timeframe for release can vary between financial institutions, with an average release time of 7 – 10 business days. Please note: a $500 pre-authorisation applies for cash bonds.
